My daughters school was evacuated today because they found a "suspicious package" on school grounds. I am so glad that she is safe and I am so glad that the school responded to the situation so fast! From what the news is saying, it may have been a small pipe bomb. What a scary world we live in. Especially because of the things that happened in Boston just one week ago. My heart is full today. Full of happiness, because she is safe and sound at home with me now, but also full of sadness that as my children get older, the world gets scarier and harder.
I think today I will hug my children a little longer, and pray for them a little harder!!!

Happy Birthday!!!
My little man is one year old today!!! I cant believe it! It has gone so fast!! He is the sweetest, yet most stubborn, little guy. I love everything about him.
Gideon got a hat just like his daddy for his Bday....
he opened it a few days ago...we couldn't wait haha
He is soooo happy when food is involved!
He LOVES to be naked
and run away Crawl Away from me!
He usually naps RIGHT after lunch.... in his chair :)
What a wonderful year it has been with him!!
